When all those carefully chosen Hollywood social life type of photos of Basedow start popping up, one might even start to wonder if one had been misdirected to a Hollywood wannabe’s website. It does not look like a health and fitness site, and the content is certainly not the kind we look for when looking for quality weight loss items. Actually it seems more like a celebrity site focusing on Basedow’s television appearances and of course, John Basedow himself.

A more practical and proven effective weight loss alternative to a rather tackily marketed product like Fitness Made Simple is a holistic product like Hoodia. This is an all-natural appetite suppressant that works effectively and safely. Hoodia promotes weight loss without the dangerous side-effects associated with many weight loss products.

We highly doubt the quality and effectiveness of the Fitness Made Simple program and the products associated wit it. There are many free high quality weight loss meals on the internet. Aside from that, there are excellent all-natural supplements that contain the ingredient Hoodia, which works well in curbing the appetite leading to significant weight loss results. Hoodia has been shown to produce great results when taken to support a sensible meal plan. Consumers may even be offered a free trial. With these mind, there are Fitness Made Simple seems to us a risky and potentially ineffective product.
